well this shall be my first decent post,as usual went training today it was quite cool, a guy from other club who is a mma fighter came into my club and train and i was made to partner with him for the whole session and at the end of the training i had to spar with him BUT he never give me chance lo hit me so hard.then after all those rolling i had my meal with melvin and went home.. on the way homw she call me and we chated for awhile before she went to sleep..we had not meet for the past few day and i seriously miss her badly and i just wanted her to be on the phone with me longer..maybe i should understand her more...is time for me to sleep now but i jus could not fall asleep lo is so tiring to not be able to fall alsleep when i am really tired...
